All furniture sets come direct from the manufacturer. Please allow more time for delivery.

All orders are dispatched on a tracked service, via our shipping partners, including DPD and Royal Mail.

  • Tracking info and delivery notifications are provided at each stage of the shipment.
  • You will be provided with options to change your delivery preferences, should you so wish.
  • Items delivered directly from our suppliers are not included in standard delivery terms. Details will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

Most of our products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse. Some others may be on a lead time or stocked with our brand partners for direct dispatch.

The status of each will be clearly stated on the product page. For example:

  • In stock, ready to ship
  • Dispatched direct | 10-14 days
  • Stock available, shipping date below [displayed below the add to cart button]

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will only split the shipment based on order value, in line with our free shipping rules. See below.

  • In-stock items are dispatched immediately if the in-stock items in the cart exceed £100.
  • The remaining items will be shipped as soon as all outstanding products become available.
  • Expected stock availability dates are displayed on the product pages and in the cart.
  • Orders not meeting these criteria will be shipped once all items in the order are available.
