Once you've placed an order, this is passed on to our packing team and prepared for it's journey to you. This all happens really quickly, so please note that we can't usually make changes after the order has been placed. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, products or payment method. If you've realised something isn't quite right after you've placed your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on which delivery option you've chosen, so we would always suggest that you call us on 01732 456 497 to see if we are able to assist you.
